1. How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide! Shipping usually takes 5 to 21 business days depending on your location. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

2. How do I apply my false lashes?

Applying false lashes is easier than you think! Start by gently removing the lashes from the tray, apply a thin layer of lash glue to the band, wait about 30 seconds for the glue to become tacky, then carefully place the lashes as close to your natural lash line as possible. 3. Can I return or exchange my lashes?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our lash products unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your order is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right!
